Exteriors Construction Company is looking for a Laborer with a valid PA Drivers License. Must be dependable and reliable. We are looking for a full time laborer who is willing and able to Think, Learn, and Grow with our company. Roofing, Framing, Farming experience helpful but not necessary. We are willing to Train the right person with an excellent work ethic and the right mindset. Expectations 1. Be willing and able to learn our system. 2. Willing and able to think on your feet, learn to be effective and efficient without being reckless or unsafe. 3. Willing and able to Learn how to Drive our Quad Cabs. hauling loaded trailers. 4. Be able to pass a drug screen and background check. 5. Adapt to company culture and core values. 6. Pick up and drop off team members as directed. 7. Willing and able to work 2300 hours or more per year. You will have room to Grow your pay every 90 days for the first nine months of employment, based on your performance.
