Need weeds pulled and shelf assembled

I need weeds pulled in my front and back yard today and some in the cracks in my driveway. I also need a shelf assembled for my garage and some tiki torches stuck in the dirt in my backyard. $100 for the job, should take 2-3 hours in total.
