Need boxes hauled and lumber moved

I have about a dozen boxes that have styrofoam inserts in them that all need to be disposed of. There are a few more boxes as well that need to be broken down and hauled away. Additionally, I’ve got a bunch of lumber in one garage that needs to be moved and stored in another garage about 30 feet away. Total time should be ~2 hours. Willing to pay $20/hr if you’re willing to paint the inside of the garage the lumber is moving to first. I have the paint, trays, and brushes.
