Rehoming this precious boy at no fault of his own. PLEASE read every detail before responding and especially research the breed. This sweet boy is a Siberian Husky. He is approximately 8 years old, according to the vet, I have had him 10 months. He is fixed, up to date on all shots (I have vet papers with dates), he takes NexGuard for flea medicine, groomed every month and brushed daily. He is absolutely beautiful, full of life and an amazing dog but has his “Husky tendency’s”. He enjoys long walks, on a leash. He absolutely can NOT go to a house with Cats. He does not like them and they do not like him! This has become one of the biggest issues. Previous owner did not have cats and was not sure how he would do with them and of course we tried it out and it is just a no go. He LOVES other dogs, preferably bigger size. He doesn’t do anything to smaller dogs but he likes to play and is a big boy. He LOVES kids, even babies, he watches over them. He is not much of a fence jumper, only managed to jump into my neighbors yard once. He is fully potty trained and will let you know when he needs to go out. He enjoys his chew bones but not any others. He LOVES food. He is on a feeding schedule but would so much rather eat 24/7 if I let him. For a Husky he is truly calm and enjoys Lounging in his kennel and even sleeps there (door open, never shut and locked) it’s just his comfort zone! He knows basic commands, but typical Husky, he only responds when he wants too lol. He has never snipped, bitten or growled at any human being. He is not very vocal, I’ve heard him bark maybe two times! He truly is an amazing dog just needs a home with no cats, lots of exercise and a larger dog for a play mate! I am asking a rehoming fee. This will not change. I want to assure he goes to the perfect fitting home who can properly give him what he deserves and keep up with all his care. He will come with all of his bathing supplies, brushes, bandannas, collars, leashes, toys, dog bowls, treats, large bag of food, large kennel, large dog bed, vet papers and best of all, himself! ❤️ If you are interested and researched the breed, just send me a message.
