Job Eligibility: • Must have a high school or GED diploma • Must have a valid Florida, unrestricted driver's license • Must pass a seven-year criminal background check • Must pass substance abuse testing • Must pass three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of our company's insurance carrier Interested? Job Responsibilities: Adhere and abide by all driving laws/company policies when operating company vehicles and equipment Drive company spray truck to customer properties according to an established route of residential customers (majority of customers in Lakeland). Maintain assigned service vehicle, equipment, and tools in clean/good working condition. Operate power spray equipment, hand-held sprayers, and granular spreaders. Learn to mix the proper chemical to be used when performing chemical applications. Apply chemical pesticides, herbicides, growth regulators, and fertilizers to ornamental landscapes. Apply granular fertilizer to turf and shrubs. Monitor turf/shrub health and care needs and report need to the company owner. Learn to diagnose primary turf and shrub problems and basic pest identification. Use, load, clean, and store lawn equipment. Interested?
