Be the first to apply! We are a growing apartment management and investment company has an immediate opening for an experienced full time apartment maintenance technician for the Daytona Beach area. Duties to include completing work orders, turning suites, and other special projects. Work to include plumbing, light electrical, drywall repairs, painting, HVAC experience a plus, and grounds maintenance as well as misc. repairs. Must be available to be on call and have own tools.
