Rochester Apartment complex is seeking a hard worker to help with rental turns and possibly some maintenance tasks around the complex. Seeking a motivated and reliable person who has experience with remodeling/renovations. Some of the duties may include: cleaning out items left in vacated units, removing carpeting, drywall repair, painting, replacement of doors and/or windows, and other basic repairs. This position will be independent contractor and you will be paid per job. Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
