Lead Maintenance person needed for a 135 unit senior apartment community in Plano. The full-time position offers competitive pay, health insurance, life insurance and accrued vacation / sick time. A FREE one bedroom employee apartment is available for this position. The property has an experienced full-time Porter to assist the Lead Maintenace with various tasks. Additional consideration for HVAC, electrical and pool certified applicants. Emergency after-hours on-call schedule is every three (3) weeks in rotation with two other sister properties.
