Older dog needs rescue/new home

We got this dog two years ago. He has just not done the greatest since. He has a couple of bumps and a severe allergy or skin issue as he itches constantly. He has alot of problems with his teeth. He is the friendliest perfect little miniature schnauzer. He loves kids.But he is starting to prefer a quieter life style.He is housebroken when taken out regularly. He needs a vet and some care but he is the perfect family dog who loves everyone and loves all otger animals. We were told he was 2 when we got him.Clearly he is much older.
