I need someone to haul a walk behind fork lift from Newberg to Cascade Locks, there is no dock there. ATV ramps preferred or a tilting trailer. There might be some other creative ways to get it off. I’m looking for tonight or tomorrow morning. $150 or negotiable. Please contact ASAP
