Once again someone has dumped a dog out to die. This time it is dying. 4 weeks ago someone dumped a medium size brown and light tan dog out at the Sewer station on the South end of Kingston road. It stays hidden in the weeds by the driveway and in 4 weeks has gotten thin and is loosing its hair. Way to go you idiot who did this. It disappears for times and I think it has been picked up and then it reappears. Workers come and go there during the week but no one will call animal control while they are there with gates open. If I stop the dog goes inside the fence and I can not go under the gate because it is trespassing. I can not bring it home with me because my dogs don't like other dogs. BUT you have to catch the dog for animal control to even think about coming. Ideas any one? Someone want to try to get it?? Map below.
