I renovate homes year round, looking for another person who's tired of hunting for work dealing with homeowners. I'll pay you well & supply materials. You must be dependable, well skilled. Pay $20-$35 per hour depending on skill/timeliness - 40 hours a week. Can also pay per job if you prefer. Ideally skilled in PVC/PEX, framing, bathtub swaps, toilet swaps, basic drywall/plaster patching, electrical lights/plug swaps, minor concrete forming/patching, kitchen install with laminate counter-tops, appliance installs, floor install/leveling/laminate/luxury vinyl, etc, trim install, door install, taping new handles, etc. Please reply with some info about yourself & contact phone number.
