Hi There, SLC and beyond! The picture you see above is me and my brother. I am the one in the overalls, sitting down. My name is Sparky. I am a singer/songwriter of 30 years. I play acoustic guitar, but also harmonica, whistles, sing, and play drums/percussion. My last dinner/show was just over 3 years ago and was very successful. I desire is to do the same, but play here in SLC with local musicians. I am putting together a new show here in SLC to perform at the ICW Event Center. My music is all original with a message, as it is the story of my life portrayed through music. It is very fun to play, and you will like all the songs. You may even relate to my songs. As the guitar player says, "Its simple, yet crafty, requiring taste, control, dynamics, and lots of feel." The question for you is: "Are you ready to be challenged?" If you are looking to play with a professional, original artist, and you want to try out your skills with a new project, look no further. Currently, I am in need of: * Bass Player * Keyboard Player * Special Effects Engineer (Someone who can add to the music using their skill in sound effects/module/midi sounds * Harmony Vocalist/percussion (Looking for the right harmony sound to go with my voice. Alto or Tenor 1 will work just right. Soprano works, too.) Rehearsals are on Tuesday nights and begin at 6 pm. All rehearsals will be held at the ICW event center, just off of Bangerter and 201 W. All equipment is provided. This is a paying performance!!! If it goes well, we will repeat the show. So bring your best self.
