I have a Border Collie mix puppy that I need to re-home. It's a boy and he responds to the name "Flash." He is just shy of 3 months old, born on May 20th. He is a playful puppy and gets along with other dogs so far. Gave him to my sister at first, but she is unable to take care of him. Asking a re-homing fee of $400. Prefer text over calls.
