Found Black Chihuahua Mix

We found a very old, very lost little male, black chihuahua mixed dog under the Duportail Bridge on the canal road this morning about 7:00 a.m. (8-7-21). He was curled up and shivering and barely mobile so we carried him 3 miles home to our house in West Richland. We cannot keep him here for long due to non-social other dogs in the house.
