Im looking for a person who is skilled in areas of troubleshooting with plumbing, heating and ac units, windows, doors, locks, sheetrock, painting, concrete, installation of floors and other things big and small. Would prefer someone who is looking to supplement income and is flexible with time. I have a few punchiest items right away.
