Excellent verbal and written communication skills Essential Job Functions The critical success factors for a Mandrel Production Assistant to excel in the position include: 1. Ability to work around industrial equipment and ovens 2. Safety conscious for self and co-workers 3. Ability to compile, write and present production documents 4. Ability to read measuring tapes and calipers. 5. Ability to lift heavy tools Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: Painting, Bondo etc. Body Shop Experience helpful but not necessary. Knowledge: Well-balanced technical background is desired. Detailed knowledge of a wide variety of processes is desired. Essential Physical Requirements: Ability to safely weigh, mix and cast composites and operate high temperature equipment. Heavy lifting required. Special Requirements: Drug test may be required upon hire / US citizenship is required.
