We are HIRING for an independent and reliable individual to be our Warehouse Lead for our Colorado Springs warehouse. We partner with home builders to personalize new home design through thoughtful design expertise, extensive selection, and quality installation. Objective: Support field production operations in the Colorado Springs location through the accurate and timely supply of all specified materials. Ensure accurate accounts for all inventory cycled through the warehouse. Areas of Responsibility: I. Warehouse Stock Inventory a. Continually monitor all stock inventory items and maintain quantities at predetermined levels for all product types. b. Monitors predetermined stock quantities and suggest adjustments based on current and upcoming project loads. c. Prepare “Inventory List” for weekly physical check. Inventory check should always be cross referenced to details in Pacific Solutions. II. Material Receiving a. Review all purchase orders received from Project Coordinators and file according to available pick up or delivery date from Vendors. b. Monitor all items listed as “Backordered” though constant communication with vendor and update as necessary. c. Regularly monitor all material “cancellation notices”. d. Prepare and schedule driver pick-ups, call vendors to have all material pre-pulled from inventory for all assigned pick-ups. e. Monitor all deliveries coming back from vendors and ensure accuracy of material type and quantity with Warehouse Driver. Material should also be verified by driver prior to leaving supplier. f. Drivers provide receivers from vendors and signed “Work Orders” to Warehouse Lead throughout the day and they are processed into Pacific Solutions prior to the end of the day. g. Communicate delivery and quantity discrepancies with Project Coordinator throughout day. h. All job material should be in the warehouse 1 week prior to install. III. House Pallet Creation a. Schedule the creation and combination of all job pallets with Warehouse Driver throughout the week prior to install date. b. All stock material is not added to job pallets until the day prior to pick-up. c. Warehouse Lead with Driver to create material tickets which are marked with address and are added to pallets. IV. Material Distribution a. Subcontractor must verify all material prior to departing warehouse. All materials must be signed for representing the subs acknowledgement of correct material. b. Sundries sheets must be completed and signed by the subcontractor and Saddleback employee. Accurate invoices must be created for all materials purchased through Saddleback warehouse. (Sundries) c. Deliver all outgoing material in Pacific Solutions on time. V. Material Returns a. Maintain constant communication with Project Managers regarding potential material overages and prepare for product returns. b. All material returned to warehouse from job must have an RA # from vendor assigned within 24 hours of receipt. c. All returns must be processed by vendor or supplier within 30 days of initial pick-up. Processing the return in Pacific Solutions properly VI. General Duties a. Keep warehouse in organized and clean manner. b. Maintain all warehouse office supplies. VII. Team Assistance and Leadership a. Provide regular workload assistance to team members as available. b. Strive to achieve a high level of job satisfaction for all team members and create a motivational environment for each employee. c. Provide leadership to team members by modeling the company values, vision and operating principles. Skills and Qualifications: • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job in accordance with corporate requirements and professional business practices. • Strong estimating and deductive reasoning skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in all Windows applications, Pacific Solutions experience preferred. • Must be detail oriented and organized. Other Compensation and Benefits Offered: Saddleback Design endeavors to reward its employee team members with annual bonus grants based on key performance indicators and the financial performance of the Company. Bonus amounts are contingent as they are driven by the profitability of the Company. Saddleback Design has a generous benefit offering including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, 401K Plan as well as paid time off. Pay Range: $17 - $20 / hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. The Company retains the discretion to add or change job duties at any time.
