Position Title: Warehouse Associate Wage: $16.50/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Do you enjoy working for a family-owned business with a special niche in the market? They sell to distributors and retailers both domestically and internationally. They pride themselves on supplying artists and crafters with high quality made in the USA paints since 1974. They are an employee friendly, hard-working, and ever-changing company with a quality focused approach. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Pick and pack parts in boxes with correct quantities and labels - Rotate stock - Notify appropriate personnel of any product/process/method that is out of compliance - Document actions by completing production logs - Basic counting and math skills - Communicate and work with others - Work independently and with a team - Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times - Perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment - Maintain a plant culture that embraces the values of honesty, trust, and mutual respect Requirements: - Stand on concrete, wearing safety boots, entire shift - OT regularly lift up to 50lbs - Grasp and squeeze small parts and large items QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with nearly 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
