Rehoming Male Cane Corso

Description

It is with a very heavy heart I must rehome our big boy Rubble. We had to move and it’s not an ideal situation now unfortunately. He is a 2 year old intact black and gold brindle pure bred Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff). He’s about 85lbs and will probably fill out some more and is VERY STRONG. He is not aggressive and is fine around kids, loves to play, but just doesn’t know his own strength yet. He sits, lays, shakes and heels. He walks on a leash good and loves his crate. He hasn’t torn anything up but my mother has small dogs and he is too clumsy around them. He LOVES water and will get into a pool several times a day as well as chase sprinklers and drink from the hose. He loves to go for rides in the truck and play fetch. Rubble is very intelligent and learns quickly. He is in great health and has been given monthly heart worm and deworming regularly. But may not so well eating around other dogs is the only issue. That is the only time I’ve ever seen him actually be aggressive towards anything. He just tries to play with them and can be rough. He was picking up kittens and carried them around before I realized it and he was not harming them! Would be great to have a buddy his size to keep up! Please only serious inquiries from experienced mastiff owners. We want to make sure he is kept safe. There is a rehoming fee for him and he will come with his crate, leash, collars, toys, bowls, blanket and food. He must have a fenced in yard so he can run his energy off. No small dogs (he will run them over not attack!) and small kids are ok but he may run into them on accident.
