We are a growing, locally owned company specializing in detailed cleaning services for restrooms facilities and tile and grout cleaning in commercial properties. We have a full time opening for a dependable and responsible individual to cover our 3rd shift PM/NIGHT customers. Looking to hire Part-time or full-time w/ two weeks PAID TRAINING! PM/NIGHT SCRUB TECH- Hours can vary from 6p-11pm start times depending on the customers scheduled specifically for the work week. We service a wide variety of customers needing our services after hours; restaurants, daycares, hospitals/medical facilities and state buildings. Always have additional day/weekend work if interested in picking up extra hours!! We are looking for a long term fit with a person that can work by themselves or on a team, is friendly, outgoing, and communicates well with Customers and their managers. You will be running the services in a company vehicle so you must have a valid and clean driving record. Job duties include hands on cleaning of restrooms, scrubbing and pressure washing the walls and floors as well as running tile cleaning equipment. Good knowledge of hand tools, drills and basic machinery needed. Primary responsibilities: (1) Use proper techniques for servicing and cleaning/sanitizing restrooms. (2) Proper application of Company's services and sale of its products. (3) Interacting with customers, developing long-term client relationships with customers. (4) Operation and use of the handheld device. Qualifications: (1) Good work history- we service the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill and surrounding areas (2) 12 month commitment w/ the ability to grow within the company. (3) Cell phone (4) Energetic, upbeat personality- able to work as a small team or independently on your own. (5) Janitorial experience helpful- but not required, we are willing to train the right individual!! (6) Able to learn basic technology- machines, chemical pumps, etc (7) Professional appearance.
