Job opportunities include yard management, Boat unloading and showroom management, boat testing and delivery, boat, motor and trailer sales, parts and warranty filing, etc. Most team members wear multiple hats depending on customer generated needs. Positive attitude and customer skills are essential. Minimum starting wage $15/hour. Significant increases attainable for performance and sales with base salary potential above $40,000. Those with management capabilities, sales skills and drive can reach significantly higher levels.
