Lawn and hedge trimming, and fence repair - Need ASAP

I need some work done at a property in Royse City ASAP. The work I need done: 1. Need the lawn (front and back) mowed and the hedges trimmed. Any trash lingering on the yards taken away too. 2. There is some fence repair work that needs to be done. The fence door needs to be fixed (see pictures), and parts of the fence will have to be replaced too.
