3 year old bearded dragon

Hello, I am looking for help or a rescue home for this bearded dragon. He’s about 3 years old I was told from his previous owners. I got him about not too long ago. I am a new keeper to reptiles and feel that he may be best suited for someone with much more experience. What I know: was infrequently handled, is sassy, was told he is “food aggressive”, was fed mealworms as the staple of his diet and was intermittently fed lettuce… What I’ve done: made him a salad with collard greens, sliced bell pepper. Have tried to slowly introduce myself and sit by his enclosure. Didn’t seem nippy upon giving him a few head pats - did lick me and always seems hungry. I was told not to pick him up at first since he is already mega stressed. The concern: Glass surfing which can be a sign of stress, not “handleable” and will need slow introduction and worked with, needs a better enclosure. Again, he needs to go someone with extensive beardie knowledge. I am not including his enclosure because it is not suitable for an adult beardie. I can provide a tub for transport but he needs a bigger habitat and better uvb lighting. Can meet between Anna and Vandalia Ohio. No shipping due to his condition.
