Caulking shower and General maintenance items for Rental property

I need someone to help me with some general maintenance items with a rental property. The items that need work are listed below. 1) There a standing shower that needs caulking. Caulk needs to be scraped in joints and recaulked to seal water leaks. 2) Replace a segment of damaged drywall (roughly 2ft X 3ft) from water leak, apply kilz and paint new drywall white 3) Change 3 door locks 4) Change a light switch with dimmer that is not functioning 5) Optional installation of a new lock for an exterior wooden fence gate I would prefer a written quote as I need to get approval from warranty company. Alternately if the price is right I can directly work with you as well. The building in general needs the same type of maintenance work and some regular lawn maintenance done as well. Can continue with the work on the other jobs in the building if the first one works good. Also, as the job is smaller it will make sense if you live or drive by close by to Brookfield/Midway/La Grange area.
