Compensation: $10-$15 per Hr. Depending on skills & experience Employment type: part-time -Full Time Home Repair & Maintenance person needed to do repairs & general maintenance on rent-2-own homes & rentals primarily located on Far Eastside of Indianapolis. Must have own phone, tools, work truck or van, and experience in home repairs and maintenance. General skills required are: Efficient painting, Basic electrical, Basic plumbing & Drywall repair. Must be willing to do yard work, property clean outs, & general house cleaning of properties. Work is part-time w/ some full time weeks available, as well as on-call for emergencies.. Must be dependable, able to work independently, and willing to work weekends and/or evenings as necessary. Also in need of HVAC TECHNICIAN / APPRENTICE
