Help Moving Stuff

Hi, I need help moving stuff...prefer someone with a pick up truck of some kind,...I have cancer so I am not able to do too much lifting... I need help moving plants asap to a new place ( 4 mins away, 1.6 miles away ) and then I hired a moving company for Sunday 8/15 at 9 am to move my larger stuff in a big truck but they are more than I can afford ( I am not working) and they were actually gifted to me from a friend ( for three hours) so I need help that day " helping the movers" so that it can all be done in 3-4 hours...I am willing to pay of you course, but I just do not want to have to pay the company after three hours...lmk what you will charge "per hour"
