We are a professional dog walking company looking for a dog walker to join our tight knit team. We operate in Manhattan from TriBeCa up to Chelsea on the West side and SoHo up to Gramercy on the East side. We are a dog centered company, meaning you will never walk more than three dogs at a time. Our walks are typically one hour long and we offer services from 8:30am - 7:30pm (you will not be expected to work the entire time) You must: Be able to legally work in the US and be over 18 Live within the 5 boroughs Have a working smart phone Be physically fit - we end up walking over ten miles most days and we’re on our feet for the better part of 7 hours Not mind bad weather - we walk in rain, sleet, snow, and intense heat LOVE dogs Be comfortable speaking with people - some of our clients are home and like to have a rapport with the person who takes care of their baby Be available to work everyday. It is not expected to work 7 days a week but there are weekend walks needed and boarding/sit options (which offer extra pay) Like cats - some clients have cats as well and we also offer cat visits Be positive and punctual - these dogs rely on us to give them our best and get to them in a timely manner so they can go out Have strong communication skills Be able to commit to AT LEAST six months with us If you meet all the requirements please attach a resume and explain why you would be a good fit for this job.
