Do you have a room or two or three needing help? Nothing makes a house feel as fresh as new paint. Prices start at 250$ for a bedroom, kitchen, dining room or bathroom and 350$ for a living room for a typical 1200-2000 sq ft house. Hallways are included in a whole house paint job. Changing trim color is an extra 100$ per room, touching up trim the trim is 50$ per room. Painting ceilings is an extra 75$ per room. We are happy to work with real estate agents wanting to get a house photo ready and apartment managers / landlords needing to get a place ready between rentals.
