Basic Function: To perform assigned building and AC maintenance duties in facility.
Responsibilities:
AC Maintenance:
1.Change AC filters monthly.
2.Change belts where applicable.
3.Inspect and monitor units to ensure proper operation.
Building Maintenance:
1.Change light bulbs throughout building as needed.
2.Repair damaged walls.
3.Installation of shelving.
4.Maintain filter systems in clean rooms and applicable suites.
5.Perform light plumbing and basic electrical work.
6.Painting.
7.General building maintenance including inside, outside and roof of building (frequent use of ladders).
8.Vents to be monitored and cleaned when needed.
9.Assemble and install chairs, showers, cabinets, etc., when applicable.
10.Notify Operations Manager of building repairs that are necessary.
11.Notify Operations Manager about supplies required to complete jobs.
12.Notify Operations Manager if any evidence of rodents or insect infestation is present.
13.Performs any other duties as assigned and trained.
Qualifications:
1.6 months to three years experience in building maintenance.
2.Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
3.Knowledge of cGMP, safety, environmental quality procedures.
4.Good interpersonal skills.
5.Forklift or scissor lift license a plus
