The soffit above the doors leaks in front of the door and causes water to enter as well. There is a tripping hazard exiting the exterior doors as it just drops off into yard. We should pour and form stairs there (concrete). 1. Disassemble the exterior french doors 2. Replace weather stripping 3. Seal inside of weather stripping/frame 4. Replace 20sqft of laminate floor 5. Repair soffit and clean by exterior door 6. Seal where soffit meets the exterior wall 7. Pour and form concrete stairs to prevent tripping hazard 8.
