GARDENING MAINTENANCE JOB. SET YOUR OWN HOURS/DAYS. PART TIME. JOB AVAIL NOW! Looking for a friendly, honest, reliable person to add beauty to a special, Hilltop Home / 3 acre environment! About 8 HOURS OF WORK A WEEK. Can be any regular weekday(s) (2 - 4 hour shifts, maybe?), between 10AM and 6PM. The tasks include weed whacking, weed pulling, mowing, and using mostly natural methods to eliminate /control unwanted growth. Some watering & moving brush. Helping develop new paths. Occasional green waste trips. Later this year we will be planting fruit trees, flowers and shrubs. Reliable vehicle & work references required. Tool shed/area is available with what is needed (including mower, weed whacker, etc.). House is rented to nice, mellow tenants. (Note: The bare soil in the pic has grass now. Lawn mowing around the house is already taken care of. This job's tasks are expanding the yard onto the terraces and slopes surrounding the house). $20 PER HOUR CASH VIA VENMO (or by arrangement).
