HOUSEKEEPER Your role at YES! In this role, you will be performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting several home sites. We will be relying on you to ensure that all homes are “show-ready” and meets the YES! standards. If you notice any damages or items that need correction, you will need to notify your Community Manager, so it could be addressed right away. And of course, if an emergency does come up, your supervisor will be asking you to come to the rescue. Essential Functions: • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing • Sanitize all common areas in office and community areas • Ensure all homes are clean and ready to Yes! standards • Inventory supplies and make sure all cleaning chemicals are cared for • Pick up ground litter where visible • Notify manager of any damages, items that need to be corrected or addressed • Assist in handing out any notices • Adhere to health and safety rules of Yes! Communities • Assist maintenance when needed • Greet residents and prospects with a wave and a smile! Requirements: • Experience in customer service • Experience in cleaning & organizing • Demonstrate team work and a willingness to participate in group functions • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance • Working quickly without compromising quality • Effectively communicate with vendors and residents • A valid driver’s license Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and walk for up to eight (8) hours per day • Use and hands, including fingers, to handle or feel objects, tool or controls which may be of a repetitive motion • Reach with arms and hands • Frequently required to climb or balance • Vision abilities include close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus • Required to regularly push, pull, lift or carry 23 lbs. occasionally up to 33 lbs. • Use of potentially hazardous chemicals • Must be able to climb ladders • Flexibility Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Previous make-ready experience preferred Benefits: • Competitive salary • Medical, dental, and vision • Life insurance and 401K • PTO • Unique and Vibrant Company Culture
