HIRING PART or FULL TIME CLEANER FOR RENTALS

We are hiring a cleaner for our AirBNB units in San Antonio. Work hours are typically: 11AM to 5PM. Sunday to Friday. No cleaning on Saturdays. Initially you will start out as part time, but there is a high chance that this can grow into a full time position if you are interested. We are looking for long term cleaners. You will be working onsite independently but through your smart phone will also be in close contact with our cleaning team and operations manager. This is a long-term position if you want to grow in our company. This is a position for someone who Loves To Clean. Check some of our units here: www.southwestbnb.com Requirements: -Have a Smartphone (you’ll need to take pictures and submit them to different Apps on your phone) -Must have your own car -Have cleaning supplies such as a vacuum, broom and provide your own cleaning products. (we don’t offer or pay for your cleaning supplies) -Availability to work any day of the week (Saturday day off) between 11 am and 4 pm (if there’s more than 1 cleaning, you can work until 6/8 PM) -Strong attention to detail (report damages) -Strong organizational skills -Must be RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY -Speak, read and write in English (basic at least) - We do a full background check on every hire. Pay There is a 4 cleaning trial period and we’ll pay you by the hour for those 4 turnovers at $12 per hour. After your trial period is over, we’ll pay you a flat fee per unit/house you clean. Pay is typically $16-20 per hour depending on how efficient you are. Flat rates after you are hired are: 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms (apartment/condo) - $50 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms - $90 After 3 months of work, we will start offering bonuses which will increase your pay.
