This position is for 3 days a week, 8 hours per day outside This is a position expected to maintain the exterior of the complex and will perform a variety of tasks Typical duties may include (but are not limited to): Wooden fence repair, fascia and soffit repair, resealing masonry, painting, pool maintenance, grounds keeping including some landscaping Must have reliable transportation Must have credible references Will be asked to demonstrate knowledge of skills prior to employment
