Get a flexible work schedule by being an independent house cleaner with One Good Clean in San Antonio, TX. If you already have your own clients, that's fine. We help you get more. Working with us has the potential to book you an additional 8-10 jobs per week. Qualifications: -Must Have: 2+ years paid house cleaning experience and 3 professional references -Speak English (conversational okay) -Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies -Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance You tell us your availability, what areas you want to work in, and what types of cleanings you will accept. We send you cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for. Full time or part time okay. We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 60% of each job, which equals $19-$22 per cleaning hour. You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business. Start Date: ASAP, interview and background screening takes a few days. This opportunity is not suitable for you if you’re seeking a full-time job immediately. Once a house cleaner works with our company, we will begin to send them jobs as much as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours’ worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build ongoing client base.
