Responsibilities of laborers:
-run mowers, weed eaters, stick edgers, blowers, etc.
-mulching, pruning, seasonal clean-ups, new landscape installs
-team player
-on time and ready to work each morning
Responsibilities of crew leaders:
-good time management skills to manage a crew of 1-4
-good oral communication skills
-valid driver's license with a clean record a requirement
-complete each project to client satisfaction and company requirements
-knowledge of landscaping maintenance, designs and proper horticulture techniques
