Looking for a SENIOR Care Companion

We are looking for someone to be with our Mom during the day while we go to work. The hours would be from 7am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. You will be asked to retrieve her drink/food (most of her food is pre-packaged and quickly heated in the microwave), play cards & games, assist her with standing up when she runs out of strength, and following her to the bathroom in case she loses her balance. She walks with a walker and is unable to stand up straight. Her hands do not work the way they used to, so you may have to pick up cards or games pieces if she drops them. She used a bed rail that will need to be put up if she wants a nap and then taken down when she awakes. She has a potty chair in her bedroom and will use it if she can't make it to the bathroom. If that should occur, she will put the lid down and we will clean the chair when we get home from work. She likes to lay around in her nightgown, but it would be nice if you could help her dress for the day. For the most part, she is pleasant, but there are times where she gets frustrated and sometimes downright mean when she doesn't get her way (like no more coffee until she drinks other fluids). She really wants to stay in her home of over 55 years, which is near Oscar Smith High School. She loves her babies...one tiny dog, a cat, a bird and fish. We will take care of the animals, but you will need to not mind their presence and not be allergic. A background check will be done. Please email if you are interested. Thank you.
