a bit of roofing, cement, sheetrocking, and tile installation

I am looking for someone who can to some or all of the following things that need to be done: 1. create a very small roof over an open area about 6" wide x 6 feet long (last photo the open area in front of the brick) 2. repair a cement floor that is cracked by placing another layer of cement over it, about 5 feet x 5 feet and 2 steps (photo that has a drain in it) 3. repair ceilings that had water damage by replacing the sheetrock there, tape spackle and paint (no photo) 4. install 12" x 24" tile floor over a cement subfloor (photo of floor) Please tell me your experience with any or with all of the above items, and what you would charge on an hourly basis or a daily basis. Also tell me your availability please. Thank you
