We are looking for installers that really want a good place to work. Full-time and overtime available if you want it. Experience Preferred Installing everything from closets to motorized roller shades to millwork to speakers….basically, any high end interior product Clean Driving Record Required use of power tools Good communication skills Friendly Able to work on tall ladders and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) Repairing and fixing products on site Job Responsibilities and the usual stuff: Interact with all clients in a professional and service oriented mindset Must confidently install in a wide range of surfaces from wood to drywall to metal and cement. Remove old window coverings and dispose of properly Troubleshoot and problem solve in the field Perform in-field window covering repair. Leave clients home clean and free from damage, debris, dust, etc. Effectively work with owner, admin staff and designers in a small team environment. Be able to give effective and quality feedback on any field issues. Work with Installation Manager to maximize efficiencies Maintain work van, tools and equipment in clean and operational condition Qualifications: We pay well, will give you some benefits, and treat you with respect.
