Seeking an individual with handyman, maintenance and cleaning experience to be a bale to supervise a team of five, and add some value to the high end Gallery located in NYC. You must be able to show enthusiasm at work and have some general knowledge in plumping, electrical, painting, cleaning and most important communication and ability to communicate effectively in daily basis with the client. Daily Responsibilities And Tasks: Perform handyman tasks as required ( general handyman related tasks) Be able to train a cleaner or maintenance worker to perform a job. be able to supervise and motivate the team effectively. Must be committed, Must be flexible - typical work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 3pm. Requirements • Previous experience in maintenance is a must. • Must be legally authorized to work in USA. • Must be able to lift weigh 50lb or more.
