Position: Experienced Carpenter Education: High School or equivalent (preferred) Location: South Shore of MA Job Type: Full Time (40 hours/week) Pay: $30-$35/hour; $60-70k/year Benefits: Paid holidays, no company paid health insurance PMH Custom Construction is a residential construction company that services customers primarily on the South Shore of Massachusetts. We focus on remodeling and new construction for customers that we have built relationships with since our start in 1982. We are currently seeking a carpenter with 5-10+ years of general carpentry experienced. The ideal candidate is well rounded from a carpentry perspective and excels specifically at finish work, kitchen cabinetry installs and framing work. We are a small, tight knit team that focuses on 1-2 projects at any given time. Key Responsibilities: • General carpentry labor including finish work and framing • Daily job site clean-up Job Requirements and Skills: • Valid MA driver’s license • Vehicle (truck or van preferred) • 5-10+ years of general carpentry experience (particularly finish, kitchen cabinetry installs and framing experience) • Own tools: hand tools and saws (skill, table, chop) • Ability to interact and communicate with homeowners • Self-motivated, reliable, and friendly personality • Ability to work successfully with a small team
