We attribute our success to the effective working partnerships we create with both clients and staff Your Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician will be based at a portfolio of residential properties in Cambridge, MA. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements. Your Qualifications The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred, but not required. This position includes participation in the emergency on-call service rotation. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required.
