We attribute our success to the effective working partnerships we create with both clients and staff Your Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician will support two residential buildings in Boston’s South End. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this technician will be responsible for performing in-unit repairs and preventative maintenance, completion of work orders, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, and general building maintenance. Work hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Your Qualifications The successful candidate will have knowledge of general apartment repair and should be comfortable using a computer as well. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. The ability to work as part of a supportive and cohesive team, as well independently, is required. This position includes participation in the emergency on-call service rotation and some snow removal. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
