Your Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician will join a supportive team responsible for performing general maintenance for a residential community. We are located in the South End area of Boston, and this property consists of 220 units. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Your Qualifications The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic skills looking to join a supportive team and learn more about building maintenance and property management. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. This position includes participation in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal.
