General Handyman and Landscape

We need a reliable and detailed handyman/landscaper for some gig work around two properties. One is our primary residence, and the other is a rental which is adjacent to our property. We both work full time and don’t have enough time to maintain the property by ourselves. We are thinking weekends would be the best time so we can help out as well. Some of the projects include new footings and posts for fence containing the chicken pen (we have around 20-25 chickens), power washing and sealing 3 decks, (one is massive) and steps going down to waterfront and painting the finished basement. This is a GIG job, and it will be ongoing, but PT hours will vary with less work in the winter. $20/hr and a background check will be done. We are a gay couple with kids and chickens. Be prepared to send a resume. The person should have some experience with: • Light carpentry • drywall repair • power washing • raking/blowing leaves • mowing lawns • light landscaping • painting
