Leafy Green Landscaping has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a dedicated, experienced Cut Crew Leader who knows how to make properties look amazing. This position is right for you if: • You lead and assist your team to complete work orders with quality. • You manage a daily task list and ensure everything is done at the end of the day. • You have experience in all areas of lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, and trimming. • You have stand-on zero-turn Mower experience (REQUIRED). • You can do grounds maintenance: mulching, tree and shrub trimming. • You can communicate issues and challenges with management. • You have a clean driver’s license. • You live within 20 minutes of our Buena, NJ office location. • You are able to work 10 hours a day up to 6 days a week in all weather conditions. • You can lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis. • You can stand, squat, sit, walk, kneel, and bend over for long periods of time. Compensation is based on experience. Hiring Bonus after 30 Days Those who work hard, are good team members, and respect the equipment and customers, can earn end-of-year bonuses if you work the entire season. Season: March through December. Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required due to weather-related issues and as workload requirements dictate.
