1 year old cat needs new home

I need to re-home my one year old cat. I am not asking for a fee or charge because he needs to be brought to the vet to be fixed and de-wormed. I realize this situation is not ideal but I have not been able to bring him to the vet because of life finances and kid expenses. I hope that he can be re-homed as soon as possible to go to a great new home. He is a rescue from Georgia and he is a great cat, he is a good cuddler but does hide from other people who come in to my house but no other issues I just can not simply take care of him properly anymore.
