J.M. Field is looking for candidates for the Station Manager position. This person will supervise and assist in daily operational and shipping areas. Responsibilities: Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet operational demands as dictated by production schedules and work flow. Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations. Conferring with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal customers. Mastery of UPS, Fed Ex, USPS software applications. Manage teams, manage projects, manage multiple projects and resources. Actively communicates with Account Managers to ensure that operations resources are maximized at all times. Skills: Ability to make calculations such as freight estimates and dimensional weight. Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). NO CALLS. No Staffing agencies please.
