Looking for Consistent 2nd Shooter

Hi there! I do about 30 weddings per year and am looking for a 2nd shooter (videographer, not photography) to assist me on as many of these as possible. I am looking for someone who has wedding experience already, but is looking to really hone their skills. I can show you the ropes and teach you our style. The pay is $35/hr. The company I work for pays extremely well for lead shooters, and they look to current 2nd shooters when hiring new leads, so that could be a potential perk down the road if things work out and your skill level improves to a lead shooter level.
